Hudson's Choice
It’s never a difficult choice with Hudson’s Choice and we are pleased to have them finally play at Marlow Carnival. A four-piece rock band from Sandhurst, Berks, who stamp a unique dirty rock signature on current pop & rock hits.
Hudson’s Choice were established in Aug 2016 and hit the ground running, playing to large scale audiences of 10,000 people such as headlining the Sandhurst Fireworks display for the last 6 years. Headlining Maidenhead Festival for the past 3 years, Frimley Lodge Live & headlining the Yateley Cork & Cask Festival.
The band is formed of Dan Hudson (Vocals & Lead Guitar) former semi-professional musician who has toured Europe & London. Dan Long (Rhythm Guitar) brother in law to Dan Hudson, keeping HC really in the family. Matteo Bassi (Bass) & Ricky Contreras (Drums).

Persephone In The Underworld blend a variety of influences, styles and genres to create their own unique twist on alternative psychedelic.
Taking inspiration from classics; The Doors and The Meters combined with post modern twists from Radiohead, Daughter, Bon Iver and Mac Demarco backed by grooves, beats and melodies inspired by Vulfpeck and Tom Misch.
Our songs are centred around themes of Global Warming, Politics and Society, Personal and Collective Growth, uncomfortable subjects with a positive spin.

Persephone are playing The Beaconsfield County Fair on Monday 30th August, they do music tuition and have a recording charity called Tap Creative CIC in High Wycombe, and also teach music instruments at Tuneful Tutors.
