Marlow Carnival 

STATEMENT

Marlow Community Association (Liston Hall) has successfully organised the Marlow Carnival held in Higginson Park in September for the past 20 years or so.
The Carnival attracts a wide variety of stalls and activities, providing an opportunity for the Town’s charities and organisations to publicise their activities and raise funds.
The Carnival has been organised and led by a key member of our executive committee, but we now find ourselves without that individual for 2026.
The committee has approached several other individuals and Town organisations to see if they would like to take over responsibility for this key event. Unfortunately, we have been unable to find that support for this year.
The Executive Committee of the Association has therefore regrettably taken the decision not to organise the Carnival in 2026.
The booked date for the 2026 Carnival is 19 September and we are already receiving enquiries from stallholders.

If any individual or organisation would like to consider organising the Carnival for this and future years, please contact Richard Scott, Association Chairman, as soon as possible for further information.
